Shipping & Returns
We try to make your online shopping experience as painless and easy as possible!
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and always work with you to resolve any issues you have with your orders. Like you we are busy parents and love online shopping for the convenience so we know the experience you expect. We welcome any feedback to email@example.com.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and preauthorized your credit card for the purchase. We do our best to keep our online store updated with our warehouse inventory. On occasions we may find that an order is ot of stock but not reflected on our website. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email. You can then advise if you want a refund or wait for new stock to arrive.
If your order is stock we will process the charges to your credit card. We aim to ship out products within 48 hours from our warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne. Depending on your location, your item/s will arrive between 2 and 7 business days. If you want to inquire about your delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We use a range of couriers so we can get you the best possible prices. Occasionally an alternative courier than was selected at checkout will be used. Not all courier services are available with all products as ship from different warehouses using varied services.
Where free shipping is offered it is standard shipping.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process the return or replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice your item is faulty. Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund or replacement for any major faults and for any minor faults we may either replace of repair your item.
Our rights: We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, and failure to install or use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
