    Order Confirmation

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and preauthorized your credit card for the purchase.  We do our best to keep our online store updated with our warehouse inventory. On occasions we may find that an order is ot of stock but not reflected on our website. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email. You can then advise if you want a refund or wait for new stock to arrive. 

    Order Shipment

    If your order is stock we will process the charges to your credit card. We aim to ship out products within 48 hours from our warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne. Depending on your location, your item/s will arrive between 2 and 7 business days.     Damaged or Faulty Items 

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process the return or replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice your item is faulty. Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund or replacement for any major faults and for any minor faults we may either replace of repair your item.
